Description

Price marker is not displayed if price is at highest high and top margin is 0.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Set top margin to 0, wait price makes new highest high. Price marker will be invisible.

When the price is a new high, the price marker is supposed to overlap with the "chart trading icon". In this situation, the price market disappeared.

When margin is set to default 5%, the price doesn't reach the chart trading panel button. When it is set 0? the chart trading panel button is over the price marker.
