MC DOM stay offline after TWS has restarted

Description

MC DOM stay offline after TWS has restarted.
It is possible to get them back online by Create a New DOM Window. Then the window DOM that was offline becomes online again.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Restart TWS (I use IB Gateway)

Please go to QuoteManager  Tools  Data Sources  IB  Settings  Is the 'Launch Trader Workstation at start' box checked or not?
