Indicator Scaling through Command Line

Description

Could it be possible to change the scale of an indicator through Command Line,
in order to set max and min of user-defined scaling. 
This command line could be included in indicator script itself, and used on lastbaronchart for instance. 
This feature could help to solve Feature Request MC-296:

Steps to reproduce this issue

it would be especially useful when several indicators are drawn on the same subchart.
