Unable to construct Custom Futures beyond 9th nearest contract

Description

When creating a new Custom Futures symbol, there is an arbitrary limitation of the "Build Continuous Futures Contract on:" dropdown list, where a trader can only select up to 9th Nearest Contract. Modification of the Symbol Code is also not editable.

Justification: STIRs volume exists beyond the the 9 nearest contracts (e.g., green, blue, gold contracts, strips, etc.) Similar with CLZ16 (back month #15 as of 9/1/2015), which has more volume traded than the 10 contracts in front of it)

Can you please consider allowing a numerical entry field or similar, to select the offset from the front month instead? Thanks

Steps to reproduce this issue

In quotemanager > Add Custom Future > Build Continuous Futures Contract on > (dropdown only goes to 9th nearest contract)
