Description

A DataLoader requesting realtime tick delivery will only get realtime ticks if the session is active, and only for that session. If no session is active, once the next session becomes active, realtime ticks are NOT delivered. If the session is active, and ends, when the next session starts, realtime ticks are NOT delivered. All this behavior works as expected in 9.0, but has been broken in 9.1.

Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Recommend creating a session template with short sessions
  2. Open a chart, select symbol, select short session template
  3. Attach study calling DataLoader (sample attached)
3 (if starting study in-session) verify study receives realtime ticks
  4. chart and study stop updating when session ends (as expected)
  5. when next session starts, verify chart receives bar updates as expected, but study no longer receives realtime ticks.
This has happened numerous times on different computers running 9.1, and this process and sample have been distilled down to a simple example. This is 100% repeatable in our experience. Also 100% working on version 9.0
