Description

In MultiCharts64 Version 9.1 Release (Build 11815)
In playback mode a rectangle is placed on the charts and it's ending date / time is further in time.
When scrolling up in time by having MC showing a new bar, the rectangle won't extend to follow the new bar

Steps to reproduce this issue

In playback mode, install a new rectangle and set a further in time date of ending
Scroll for a new bar.  The rectangle will stay at the date and time of the creation, not being extend following a new bar that was further in time

In rectangle drawing there is Anchor to Bars setting, enabled by default. Please try to disable it, then the right side of the rectangle should be extended.
