email alert, and more than one distribution list.

Description

Using more than one mailing list on email alert. If you are running two (or more) differnt strategies and you whant to place an email alert on those strategies, today you can't apply different distribution list on those alerts. Maybe you (and for sure I) would like to send one alert to someone and the other alert to someone else.
It'd be nice for me to have that tool.

Steps to reproduce this issue

I should be done by adding an input parameter within the Alert funcion: doing something like this:
var: Text(""), email_List("");
if H > H[1] then Alert(Text, email_List);

This is something you are supposed to manage within your email system.
