Description

Hi,
 please make the costum symbol mapping to work correctly. 
 Especially symboli the futures of Italian Market FTMIB idem, BorsaItaliana and the 40 Major titles stocks, BVME
I use simbol mapping from InteractiveBrokers, 
Futures
FTMIB|||5 
FTMIB|||1 
or for cfd IBIT40||||EUR 
Please add italian stocks and italian futures into quotemanager by default.
For Italian stocks this is the list
