Description

Data source: Tradestation 9.1
Having a 60min chart w/ 3 symbols on last 10 years will take ~1h to reload all the data ... unacceptable.
Why isn't this a Tradestation issue and rather a Multicharts ? A reload in TS of the same chart takes less than 1 or 2 min to complete on the same PC with the same internet connection ...

Steps to reproduce this issue

described above

It is not relevant to compare reloading process of MultiCharts and TS. The data is coming differently. In MultiCharts the data is coming from TS through the API and it is expected that it might take more time in comparison to TS, especially when you request that much minute data for several different instruments at the same time. If you want to speed up the process, you can enable the option to save data in the local database in TS data feed settings in QuoteManager and reload only the problem periods, when necessary, and not all the chart.
MultiCharts supports mulltiple data sources, in case you are not happy with the one you are using, please select another one from the supported.
