Conflict between symbols with same Symbol Name

Description

When adding an instrument with the same symbol as an existing instrument in QuoteManager, the old instrument will be deleted without notice.
Example: CLZ4 USD DEC14 CL Futures CLZ4 MULT:1000 (Dec 2014 Crude Oil) and
CLZ4 USD DEC24 CL Futures CLZ4 MULT:1000 (Dec 2024 Crude Oil)
Build: 9.1.12587.400
Data Source is Interactive Brokers

Steps to reproduce this issue

Try to add the following instruments (Data Source: Interactive Brokers) to the QuoteManager Database: CLZ4 USD DEC14 CL Futures CLZ4 MULT:1000 (Dec 2014 Crude Oil Contract) and CLZ4 USD DEC24 CL Futures CLZ4 MULT:1000 (Dec 2024 Crude Oil Contract)

This behavior is expected, as the instrument names received from the data feed are the same.
