Set price scale programmatically / Set price zoom by code.

MC has option to zoom time scale with .bsi and .bsd commands.
Please add ability to set price scale, for instance:

.psh 170, schart=1 for setting highest price 170 on 1st subchart;
.psl 160, schart=2 for setting 160 as lowest price on 2nd subchart

For many traders it's helpful to see revealing price action in terms of where the price could go (profit targets). MC needs that feature especially because it plots a plot values on a chart even if you set that particular plot to be invisible.
