Description

Hi Team,

I am inclined to see this as a bug, as there is no guidance in the User Guide regarding how many symbols should Portfolio Trader support (on latest MacBook PRO 2017, with 16GB or RAM & 512GB SSD, running Windows 10 Enterprise x64). It might be a feature-request for you, but it's not clear for the regular user what to expect in terms of scalability.
It does stand as a serious limitation to me, as most of comparable platforms out there can gracefully handle many hundreds of symbols in a Portfolio.

Test is simple, in Multicharts x64:

1) Open Portfolio Trader
2) Import a csv file with 500 symbols.

The application will freeze indefinitely. This is probably one of the main reasons why you see some users migrating away from this platform towards the likes of Matlab pr Python.

Thanks
