Playback resolution "Second by Second" be enabled in tick chart both individually and in "Global Mode"

Description

Second (for example, 10 second chart) chart in real market is similar to "Second by Second" Replay of second chart.
But, tick chart in real market is different from "Tick by Tick" Replay of tick chart.

Because what we see in real market is in the stream of time, but "Tick by Tick" is in the stream of ticks.
For visual training of realistic price movement, "Second by Second" Replay of tick chart can help understand the nature of Market.

Updating tick chart every 1 second will not degrade performance.
For other Playback Resolution, I will not ask for, since all can be done if "Second by Second" is enabled for tick chart.
