Description

This is just a minor issue. In the main window of the Portfolio Backtester under the "data" tab, dates are shown in the European format: "DD.MM.YYYY" (e.g., "15.02.2010" for February 15, 2010). For those of us in the United States, it would be nice to have this localized using the conventional United States format: "MM/DD/YYYY" (e.g., "02/15/2010"). The program should be able to detect which version to used based on Windows time/date settings.

I believe that dates are localized correctly in other components, such as the main MultiCharts program, but it would be good to double-check that as well.
