Hi Chris,
BinanceServerHost manages all connections to the exchange, including the data feed. If you have a chart widow or collect data in QuoteManager, it is expected that BinanceServerHost appears in Task Manager.
The behaviour is the same for all other data sources which have the corresponding host process.

Hi,

thx for looking in to this.
What your are saying would make sense, if I would be using Binance as a datafeed. but I dont.
Additional info:

This also used to happen with some other xServerHost files that I never used as datafeed. But at that time, I had not yet deactivated the profiles. So after deactivation, they never started the ServerHost.

But like said above, after the latest update, Binance starts even though its not used for datafeed, nor is the brokerprofile active.

additional info:

seems that with the update, all my deactivated broker profiles where reactivated.

so same generall problem as before the update - some xServerHost.exe loaded, even though not defined a data source.

After deactivating those profiles again, the problem doesnt appear anymore!!!.....but still a bug.
different to before the update: binance.serverhost gets loaded, even though binance profile is dectivated....so now the subject line is actually correct ;-)
