Quote manager and screener not working - [OPEN] MC-2859

The described behaviour is not reproduced on our end.

We’d recommend checking the following points: 1. Whether the same behaviour is reproduced with pre-built studies 2. Whether the same behaviour is reproduced with one problematic symbol in the Scanner only 3. Is it possible to plot a chart for one of the problematic symbols? If you insert your study onto the chart, is it calculated?

If it doesn’t help, please reproduce the behaviour in Offline mode with the smallest possible amount of regular instruments (not ASCII Mapping).

When it’s reproduced, please send us a report via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback. In the description field please specify the steps required to reproduce the issue. Then select the following options: Attach a screenshot; (please make sure the issue is visible; if required, send screenshots separately) Attach log files…; Snapshot of the current MC setup; Open workspaces…; Data for all instruments; Active indicators...; Active signals...; Custom resolution plugins; Upload collected data to Help Desk; uncheck other options and click Send.

To auto-link to an existing issue, write "issue", "bug", "ticket" or the issue type (like "bug report" or "enhancement") followed by the issue number (ex: "ticket #3" or "bug report MYPROJ-1"). Enclose sourcecode samples between two "~~~~" lines.
