Description

I noticed this bug in Beta 3 in the PowerLanguage Editor.

In the code editor, the left-arrow key does not work properly with the shift key. If you hold down the shift key to select text, and then press the left-arrow key to advance the cursor backwards, you will get unexpected results.

Specifically, rather than selecting text backwards, the first left-arrow click will highlight the prior character, the second left-arrow click will move the cursor but remove the selection, the third left-arrow click will highlight the prior character, etc.

Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Open a code window in the PL Editor and place the cursor in the middle of the file.
  2. While holding the shift key, press the left-arrow key repeatedly.

The same occurs if you try to advance the selection backwards one word at a time, by holding the shift and ctrl keys while pressing the left-arrow key.
