Description

I'd like to have the possibility to dock the DOM to the chart of the same symbol.
I have 8 monitors, and I'm always rearranging my charts. Imagine that I have 4 different symbols on, with their respective charts and DOM's. This means 8 separate windows. I know that usually, who trades through the DOM don't look at charts, but there are those, like me, that would like to use both. So if the chart window panel is docked to the chart window, and this panel cannot be removed form the chart, only hide, why not make the DOM also dockable?
If I'm not mistaken, when this issue came up in the forum, when the MC7 beta 1 was released some one said that due to length limitations, the DOM couldn't be docked.
Let me say what I said back then, if the chart window panel is docked to the chart, what is the difference when dealing with the DOM?
I'm not requesting for the DOM to be always docked to the chart like the chart trading panel. I'm requesting that the DOM could be dockable, an option for us to choose to dock or not the the chart.
Or even better, make the DOM accessed as the chart trading panel is. On the top right of the chart, you add a second button, this one for the DOM. This way the trader could easily choose between the chart trading panel or the DOM. Actually, I prefer this way than the dockable option. It's easier.

+1, a very good idea, better than ordinary docking.

kind of a must have standard feature, making it possible to tie a DOM window to a workspace, same as is doen with chart wondows. VERY annoying the way it is now.
