Intrabarpersist warning at indicator copy time

Description

Related to my other Intrabarpersist suggestion to have a warning at the "update on every tick" decision point (see this link)

I think that popup warning should also come up if they copy a script and that copy has the "update on every tick" checked off. As with all warning popups they should have a way to turn it off of course. Also a way to go back and find they ones they have turned off so they can turn them on again if they want (a string searchable list would be good) 
If this suggestion goes in consider this idea for turning warnings off then on again.
