Import Studies with last updated sort order so see the last few we updated.

Description

When we export studies it would be very useful if the last modified date was written out so that when we import the studies we can see the last ones we updated at the top first. This would be useful if a person exports all studies as I do because it is a lot easier and it gives extra backups to simulate a version control feature.

Steps to reproduce this issue

If you go to import studies you can see there is no column for this sort order.

I general it would be good to be able to control the sort order of the Studies etc. within the Power Editor
