Description

It will be good to have the option to "Save data to local database" cf TradeStation Data Feed. To be specific, I'm refering to tick data received from IB feed.
This is useful because the tick data received from IB on real time is DIFFERENT to their historical data. IB uses seconds data instead of tick. This causes data and charting inconsistency in all instruments. This is especially apparent in Forex where the recorded data of the Ask tick data (could be 20+ per second) is significantly more than the historical seconds data (4-5 per second). When you use tick chart for analysis, this causes all sort of issues.
The ability for the chart to only rely on IB historical data will be a critical feature. Please implement ASAP.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Have a look at the tick data for any instrument. The number of "ticks" when recorded and compared to their historical data is DIFFERENT.
