Add keywords to assist with portfolio sizing

This is a followup to a post that I made on the discussion board.

It would be great if there were keywords in PowerLanguage to help facilitate position sizing across a portfolio of symbols during live trading. E.g., when you have the same signal applied to five or ten charts with different symbols.
 
This should preferably include the following:
 
1. A keyword to determine the available cash or equity for trading.
 
2. Keywords to determine the total number of (a) orders that are pending for a particular signal, for all symbols, (b) orders that have been filled for a particular signal, for all symbols, (c) orders that ar pending for any signal and all symbols, and (d) orders that are filled for all signals and all symbols.
 
3. The same as 2, but to show the dollar value invested, instead of the number of orders. E.g., something to determine that I currently have $30,000 in placed orders for a particular signal for three separate symbols, plus another $10,000 in a pending order for a fourth symbol.
 
Adding keywords like this would a partial step towards implementing another feature request, MC-114, to allow true portfolio trading without the need for a different chart for each symbol. However, these keywords would also be useful for the current system, in which you have a separate chart for each symbol.
