Description

When customer service is closed, a customer can report issues by sending an email in an MC provided form. Unfortunately, the customer cannot attach files like logs and screenshots to the email.
Customers living in non-US time zones like me have issues emerging when their local financial markets are open and customer service is closed. Customer service cannot look into their issues live when they happen due to the time difference. So these customers need to save logs and screenshots by themselves and send them to customer service by mail.
The fact that LiveChat email does not allow file attachment makes this process cumbersome. The customer ends up having to send the files to an individual customer representative's email.
Therefore, I suggest that MC adds to the Livechat email form offered when customer service is closed the opportunity to attach files.
