Description

When placing a bracket order (Long and Short limit entry orders simultaneously) with MC the order status of both entry orders in IB's TWS is BLUE instead of GREEN (when placing bracket orders in TWS directly or with other software like Ninja Trader or BracketTrader it is also GREEN for good reason). The GREEN status is much more preferable than the BLUE as only with GREEN your orders get their place in the order queue of the exchange just in the moment the orders are placed (with BLUE they get their place in the order queue not until the limit price is touched). GREEN status is extremely critical for best execution, unfortunately too often for execution at all (with BLUE your order won't be executed and you miss the trade).

Steps to reproduce this issue

Example for a bracket order (MC 7.4 Build 4906; IB TWS 921.5):

buy 1 contract next bar open - 10 points limit ;
sellshort 1 contract next bar open + 10 points limit ;
