MC - As DDE Server

Description

i would like to request this feature (DDE server) to be in MC.
It would better to have both features as DDE server and client but now is only DDE client.
This is simple request but however it could gives big impact to trader as it can serves/export the data to be used by trader's own software for other analysis.

Steps to reproduce this issue

I prefer to put it in quote manager because the DDE client setup is also over there.
Just look at Metatrader 4 which allow user to enable DDE server.

I would also add here a new FR that, if coupled with this one, would make a terrific enhancement.
There are many useful features in Multicharts that
don't work in playback, which almost makes playback obsolete. Features
like Volume Profile, DOM or placing an order in the market (ability to
place trades in playback mode) - these just not work in playback.
Since MC development team just don't have time to keep the playback in
sync with the new features, a solution for this would be to "fool" MC
believing it's getting a real-time data-feed. And this could be done with a "custom" DDE server that, can actually be created within MC.
