QuoteManager unable to load tick volume data for FX

Description

In QuoteManager, when loading historical price data from Dukascopy I am unable to properly Tick-Ask-Volume as it is a decimal number, not an integer.

QuoteManager needs to support decimal number up to 1/10 (i.e. 12.4) in order to be able to deal with forex tick volume.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Try importing tick volume with a decimal number (which reflects the number of lots).
