Description

It is very difficult to compare the values of multiple indicators on multiple charts when the tracking line follows the mouse everywhere. It would be very good to have an option where the tracking line is placed by a mouse click and then stays in place.
It would also be nice to have a colored, opaque chart hint.
I have created an indicator and dll that create these effects through input filtering and tweaking window opacity.

Steps to reproduce this issue

To see what this behavior would look like, download the mousefilter.zip
-Extract the files and place the dll in the multicharts program folder and compile the .pla in powerlanguage editor.
-Open a fiew charts on various time frames with multiple indicators on each window.
-Under MultiChart's view menu set:
---"show cross",
---tracker settings to "time and price" or "time",
---"transparent hint",
---& turn off "show chart hint".
-Put "_mousefilter" indicator on a chart (notice the underscore in the name puts it near the top of the list alphabetically)(also note: this indicator & dll have some other functionality including automatically backing up workspaces and drawing text when holding control and clicking on the chart, and the filtering is turned off by holding the left shift key.  Ignore these additional featurs for the sake of this test).
-Click and release on a spot in one chart window.  Notice that the tracking line stays put as you move the mouse.  Now go to another chart window where the tracking line is.  Click and hold on an indicator subchart at that point to read the values there.  With this add on, the tracking and data value reading works the same way as it does in the original platform that is EasyLanguage compatible.

Most projects contain handfuls or even several orders (activities) that you use to work the project. A number of these summons are composed under menus. Like an eatery menu, a system menu demonstrates to you a rundown of decisions. To keep the screen uncluttered, menus are covered up until you click their titles in the menu bar, found just underneath the title bar.

I could be wrong but I think this is the same entry as MC-292.

Many thanks to you for your advice! I've used your algorithm of actions and everything turned out the best way.
