Improve visual feedback in status line that auto trading is turned on

Description

Currently, when auto trading this is turned on this is being reflected by the Automate Order Execution Switch in the status line turning to dark green colour.
 
I want to suggest to make this a bit more eye-striking, since the dark green does not contrast well to the grey colour when turned off, especially with dark chart window backgrounds. Particularly with a multi-monitor set up with lots of chart windows it should be possible to recognize with one glimpse if auto trading in the respective window is turned on.
 
I suggest to change to a more eye-striking colour for this button or even better, to make it configurable.

Switch auto trading on at multiple chart windows/monitors
