Description

MultiCharts does not work with the Windows 'offline files' feature.  I would like to use this feature for MC studies, as I do for all other applications, so that I can take my work with me when I travel.  If you are not familiar with offline files in Windows, here is a link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/understanding-offline-files#1TC=windows-7
When I edit an Excel sheet on the network, Windows automatically updates a local copy on my laptop.  When the laptop is on the network, it uses the network file.  When offline, it uses the local copy.  Windows automatically keeps the local copy in sync with the network.  This does not work with MultiCharts!
MultiCharts will use studies on the network, but it will not use the local copies.  I don't know why.  Windows handles the synchronization, and it should be transparent to MultiCharts.  The result is that I have to keep a second copy of all custom studies, updated, on the laptop.

Steps to reproduce this issue

1.    Set study path to a network location and delete studies from local path.
2.    Run MultiCharts.  Verify it is using studies from the network.
3.    Configure offline files for the new study path, and run synchronization.
4.    Disconnect from the network.  Verify studies are still present, as local copies of network files.
5.    Run MultiCharts.  It fails with error “Incompatible version of: StudyRunner in module: DataStorage.”

This bug is fixed for MC but not PLE.  MC now uses offline studies successfully.  PLE will display and edit them, but not compile.
