Description:

FSRS is the modification of FSK indicator. It uses RSI in the calculation.

The FSRS (Fast & Slow RSI) is constructed from five different parts. The Kurtosis, the Fast Kurtosis(FK), the Fast/Slow Kurtosis(FSK), FSRS and Weighted FSRS.

The Kurtosis(K) portion of this calculation is Momentum(3)-Momentum(3)[1]. Which is today's Kurtosis - yesterday's Kurtosis.

The Fast Kurtosis(FK) is 0.3*Kurtosis + 0.97*Kurtosis[1]. Which is the Kurtosis smoothed with an exponential moving average.

The Fast/Slow Kurtosis(FSK) is the FK smoothed with 6 period weighted moving average.

The Fast/Slow RSI is the FSK*1000 + 9 period RSI

The weighted FSRS is the FSRS smoothed with 6 period WMA

Usage:

The interpretation of the FSRS is identical to the interpretation of the Price ROC. Both indicators display the rate-of-change of a security's price. However, the Price ROC indicator displays the rate-of-change as a percentage whereas the Momentum indicator displays the rate-of-change as a ratio.
