In order to prevent this from popping up on every start alert, 3 steps must be taken:

  1. Go to Windows Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features/Uninstall a program/Add or remove programs -> Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installed. If it is not in the list, please download it from Microsoft and install it.
  2. Make sure MultiCharts products are closed and not MultiCharts Processes running.
  3. Make a right-click on MultiCharts icon -> Run as Administrator.

Afterwards, the red alert should not appear anymore. All sessions of MultiCharts after this can be launched "not as Administrator", but by a regular double-click.]
