This indicator will paint the bars on the chart if Rate Of Change value is lower than the PctDn value set in the inputs.

Default Inputs

Price( Close ) sets the price value to be used for calculations.

Length( 14 ) sets the number of previous bars for Rate Of Change value calculation.

PctDn( -2 ) sets the percent value for comparison condition.
