In MultiCharts 8.8 or a lower version it It is not possible to use multiple CQG different accounts in MultiCharts. Only one and the same account should be used for getting data and trading. If different logins and passwords are entered in data source configuration and CQG broker profile, connection to data source will work, the broker profile will not.
Since MultiCharts 9.0 beta 1 this limitation is no longer applied. It is possible to use multiple Indexes are supported only with Live CQG /AMP accounts (multiple broker profiles) for trading in MultiCharts.

If MultiCharts sends a stop order with the price equal to current market price or better (guaranteed to be executed) it will be rejected by the broker. Therefore, MultiCharts converts such stop orders into market orders.
Stop-Limit orders with stop and limit levels not overlapping each other are rejected by the broker.
When an orders order is sent from MultiCharts to CQG broker to be executed on an expired contract, the broker will automatically redirect the order to the same symbol, but currently active contract.
CQG does not support supports Native One-Cancels-Others groupsince version 9. In this case MultiCharts emulates 1. Native OCO -group on its end. Simulated is used when the broker’s plug-in supports OCO-group means that groups. In this case all OCO orders are sent to the broker, price is monitored by MultiCharts directly and once one of the orders is filled, other orders from this OCO group are cancelled by MultiCharts. When one of the unfilled OCO orders is filled, MultiCharts sends a command to cancel the second OCO order to broker. Note that the second order may also will be filled if price reaches its level before the cancellation is processed cancelled by the broker (see [[Trading Risks# OCO-Orders Risk|OCO-Orders Risk]]).
