The error takes place when Windows was upgraded or might appear after Windows upgrades/updates were installed . To resolve it, please follow these steps:<br># Close all MultiCharts components and make sure there are no MC processes left in Task Manager -> Details tab -> Description column.# Go to the Windows Start menu -> Settings (gear icon) -> Apps # Select MultiCharts -> click Uninstall -> in the Setup Wizard click Next -> Repair<br>----<br>If the issue is usually not resolved if you simply do after the followingrepair, try re-installing MultiCharts:
