A new chart can be created by entering the symbol parameters into the Command Line toolbar:

By default, the Command Line toolbar is displayed docked to the top of the application window. If the toolbar is not displayed, it may have been hidden. To learn how to redisplay the toolbar, see [[MultiCharts_Work_Area#Floating or Docking Toolbars|Floating or Docking Toolbars]]
