#During MultiCharts installation, not all of the data feed DLLs have been installed due to antivirus/firewall activity. Please close MultiCharts and all of its products. Make sure [http://www.multicharts.com/trading-software/index.php/MultiCharts_Processes all processes] are finished. There can be multiple reasons for the "Data feed could not be loaded" message.
- One of the data feeds that is used on your workspaces or in the QuoteManager is disabled in QuoteManager->Tools->Data sources. Close this chart or activate the data feed for it. Changing the data feed Status requires restart of all MultiCharts Processes for having the changes applied.
- During MultiCharts installation, not all of the data feed DLLs have been installed due to antivirus/firewall activity. Please close MultiCharts and all of its products. Make sure all processes are finished. Then go to the MultiCharts folder (make a right click on the MultiCharts shortcut –> Properties –> "Shortcut" tab –> select "open file location") and run DataUpdater.exe
