Returns the fractional portion of a double-precision decimal DateTime value corresponding to the specified time. The time is specified in the 24-hour HHmm format, where 1300 = 1:00 PM.

The integer portion of the DateTime value indicates the number of days that have elapsed since December 30th, 1899, and the fractional portion of the DateTime value indicates the fraction of the day that has passed since midnight.

Usage

ELTimeToDateTime(HHmm)

Where: HHmm - a numerical expression specifying the time

Example

ELTimeToDateTime(1015)  will return a value of 0.42708333, corresponding to the specified 
time of 10:15 AM 

ELTimeToDateTime(1545)  will return a value of 0.65625000, corresponding to the specified 
time of 3:45 PM
