GetCountry

Returns the locale name, corresponding to the Standards and formats setting selected in the Regional Options settings of the Windows XP Control Panel. In Windows 7, these settings can be found in the Regional and Language Options screen, accessed through the Clock, Language, and Region section of the Control Panel.
