To cancel MultiCharts subscription perform the following steps.
- Go to the web-page of our processing company, MyCommerce Share-it.
- Click Request Login/Password.
- You will receive a link to reset your password via Email.
- Then return to Log In - My Account page, select Sign in as: Customer, and check Log in with order number and password box.
- Log in your account using Order Number (you can find it in the email that you received when you subscribed to MultiCharts) and the password you have set. In your account, find your subscription and cancel it.
If you have difficulties, send the request to our processing company.
