For Windows Vista/Windows 7/ Windows XP
- Click Windows Start button
- Click All Programs
- Select the folder with your MultiCharts version:
For 32-bit regular MultiCharts open MultiCharts folder
For 64-bit regular MultiCharts open MultiCharts64 folder
For 32-bit MultiCharts.Net open MultiCharts.Net folder
For 64-bit MultiCharts.Net open MultiCharts.Net64 folder - Click LogsCollector or Feedback. See the detailed instruction on how to use them here: MultiCharts Logs
- Describe what you were doing when the error occurred
- Click OK
- Click Save
- Type your name and your email address and click OK to upload the files to MultiCharts FTP Server
Note: Please send a description of the problem corresponding to the uploaded log files to support@multicharts.com or to the customer care representative you are working on the subject.
