How to Collect Dumps when MultiCharts is not responding

For Windows Vista/Windows 7/ Windows XP

  1. Click Windows Start button
  2. Click All Programs
  3. Select the folder with your MultiCharts version:
    For 32-bit regular MultiCharts open MultiCharts folder
    For 64-bit regular MultiCharts open MultiCharts64 folder
    For 32-bit MultiCharts.Net open MultiCharts.Net folder
    For 64-bit MultiCharts.Net open MultiCharts.Net64 folder
  4. Click LogsCollector or Feedback. See the detailed instruction on how to use them here: MultiCharts Logs
  5. Describe what you were doing when the error occurred
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Save
  8. Type your name and your email address and click OK to upload the files to MultiCharts FTP Server
Note: Please send a description of the problem corresponding to the uploaded log files to support@multicharts.com or to the customer care representative you are working on the subject.

For Windows 8/Windows 10

  1. For 32-bit MultiCharts open the following folder by typing: C:\Program Files (x86)\TS Support\MultiCharts
    For 64-bit MultiCharts open the following folder by typing: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts64
    For 32-bit MultiCharts.Net open the following folder by typing: C:\Program Files (x86)\TS Support\MultiCharts.NET
    For 64-bit MultiCharts.Net open the following folder by typing: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts.NET64

  3. Describe what you were doing when the error occurred
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Save
  6. Type your name and your email address and click OK to upload the files to MultiCharts FTP Server
