Returns a numerical value corresponding to the EL Date equivalent of the specified Julian Date. EL Date is in the YYYMMdd format, where YYY is the number of years since 1900, MM is the month, and dd is the day of the month.
Usage
JulianToDate(JulianDate)
Where: JulianDate - a numerical expression specifying the Julian Date
Example
JulianToDate (39448) will return a value of 1080101, corresponding to the specified date of January
1st, 2008
JulianToDate (36252) will return a value of 990402, corresponding to the specified date of April
2nd, 1999
