Returns a numerical value indicating the arrow ID number of the currently selected arrow.
MC_Arw_GetActive returns a value of -1 if no arrows are currently selected.

Notes
- Use Arw_GetActive, Arw_GetFirst or Arw_GetNext to get the object-specific ID number of earlier, already created arrows.
- Use Arw_GetActive to get the object ID of the currently selected arrow.
Example
Assign a value, indicating the arrow ID number of the currently selected arrow, to Value1 variable:
