Returns a numerical expression indicating the millisecond stamp of the bar.
Usage
MillisecondsFromDateTime(DT);
Where DT is a DateTime value.
Example
MillisecondsFromDateTime(DateTime);
will return 687.00 if the time stamp of the current bar is 11:57:07.687
