Returns a numerical value, indicating the average entry price for all open entries in a pyramided position opened by the strategy with StrategyIndex number.
Usage

StrategyIndex - numeric variable.
Notes
This function can only be used in signals intended to be used with the Portfolio Trader.
Example
Will assign a value of 25.75 to Value1 if there were four open entries at 25, 27, 26, and 25 with the same volume.
