Removing Drawings

How to Remove Individual Drawings

A drawing can be removed using Format Objects window:

• Open Format Objects window.
  1. To open Format Objects window, right-click on an empty area of the chart and then click Format Drawings.
  2. Format Objects window can also be opened by one of the following methods:
     • Select Format in the main menu and click Drawing.
     • Double-click any of the drawing labels on the chart. Position the mouse pointer over any one of the drawing labels on the chart. Once the Pointer changes into a Hand, right-click the label and then click Format Drawings.
       

• Select the drawing to be removed and click Remove button.
  

Drawings can also be removed by one of the following methods:

1. Position the mouse pointer over the drawing that is to be removed; once the Pointer changes into a Hand , right-click and then click Remove Drawing; or:
2. Position the mouse pointer over the drawing that is to be removed; once the Pointer changes into a Hand , click on the drawing and then press Delete key on the keyboard.

How to Remove All Drawings

• To remove all drawings applied to the chart, right-click on an empty area of the chart and then click Remove All Drawings.
  
• To remove all the drawings that are visible on the chart (all the drawings with On status), right-click on an empty area of the chart and then click Remove All Visible Drawings.
