Setting Holidays

This tool is used to indicate the days when the exchanges do not work to avoid gaps on the charts.

The holidays are divided into groups so one select holidays by nation or other parameter.

Sometimes it makes sense to group the holidays into national and international to avoid double-listing.

In other cases sorting holiday by countries may be more convenient.

Adding Groups

1. Open QuoteManager window

2. On the Tools menu, click Holidays, or click the Holidays icon on the toolbar.
3. Click the Add Group button.
4. Enter the group name in the Description field (up to 15 characters).
5. Enter the Data Source Abbr (up to 3 characters).

Adding Holidays

1. Open QuoteManager window

2. On the Tools menu, click Holidays, or click the Holidays icon on the toolbar.
3. Click the desired group in the Date or Duration area or press Enter to open it so the sign to the left of the group changes to sign.
4. Click the link or the Add Holiday button.
5. Enter the holiday name in the Description field (up to 15 characters).

Removing Holidays

1. Open QuoteManager window

2. On the Tools menu, click Holidays, or click the Holidays icon on the toolbar.
3. Click the desired group in the Date or Duration area or press Enter to open it so the sign to the left of the group changes to sign.
4. Select the desired holiday.
5. Click the Remove Holiday button.

Removing Groups

2. On the Tools menu, click Holidays, or click the Holidays icon on the toolbar.
3. Click Remove Group.
4. Select the desired group.
5. Click the Remove Group button.
