TPO Settings PriceIncrement

Returns the number of ticks in a block. PriceIncrement is always equal to 1.
Usage
TPO_Settings_PriceIncrementExample
TPO_Settings_PriceIncrement will return a value of 1 for any TPO Chart
TPO_Settings_PriceIncrement will return a value of -1 for Kagi or regular resolutions charts.
