TimeToString ms

Returns a string expression corresponding to the time (fractional) portion of the specified DateTime value with millisecond precision.
The integer portion of the DateTime value specifies the number of days since January 1st, 1900, and the fractional portion of the DateTime value specifies the fraction of the day since midnight.
Usage
TimeToString_ms(DateTime)Where: DateTime - a double-precision decimal DateTime value to be converted to a string expression representing the time
Example
TimeToString_ms(39448.7501) will return the string "18:00:08.640"
