MultiCharts License Manager

The License Manager window provides detailed information about the user’s MultiCharts license. If more than one license is owned by the user, the License Manager allows you to choose which one of them to sign in with. It also introduces the ability to purchase an additional license directly from your MultiCharts platform and automatically link it to your existing account.

Managing MultiCharts Licenses

If you own more than one license, MultiCharts License Manager will appear at the start after registration. In the License Manager window, the following information is displayed:

• The list of available licenses. Click on > button next to the license title to expand its details.
• License details contain:
  Volume – the number of licenses of the specified type owned.
  License description – full license name and type.
  Features – features available for the specified license.

Choose the license you are willing to sign in with and click OK.

Note: If you own only one MultiCharts license the License Manager window will not appear after registration.

In the bottom left corner enable the Remember my choice option to automatically sign in MultiCharts with the selected license. If you leave the checkbox empty the License Manager window will appear every time you start MultiCharts.
To change the configurations while using MultiCharts:

1. Open the License Manager Window.
   In MultiCharts main menu click Help and select License Manager
   or double-click on the green light indicator at the bottom right corner.
2. Select the license you need to switch to.
3. In the bottom left corner choose from the drop-down list:
   Show License Manager on start or Automatically authorize MultiCharts with the current license

Purchasing a new license

To buy a new license from the License Manager window:

1. Open the License Manager Window.
   In MultiCharts main menu click Help and select License Manager
   or double-click on the green light indicator at the bottom right corner.
2. Click New License button.
   You will be directed to MultiCharts website.
3. Choose a subscription plan and proceed to payment.

4. After the successful payment the License Manager will be closed automatically within 5 minutes. The license list will be renewed.
